Tout a commencé un soir de Septembre 2009, où nous nous sommes installés là haut, sur les toits, enfin ce qu'il en restait. L'immeuble avait été victime d'un incendie un an auparavant. Le décor était donc planté.
La projection de cette superficie s’est très vite transformée en pari fou, celui de concevoir et réussir un intérieur démuni de toute carapace, avec comme seuls repères, des escaliers à moitié calcinés desservant l’étage inférieur, un gigantesque échafaudage servant de toit et Paris à 360º.
Le client souhaitait quelque chose de nouveau, ambitieux et créatif et tourner radicalement la page sur ces dix années passés au loft.
A la fois soucieux de la qualité de mise en œuvre, mais également aux détails d'agencement et d’aménagement, il nous a permis de faire de ce projet, une véritable expérience enrichissante.
Pas un cm2 ne nous a échappé, il fallait concevoir un espace ouvert et chaleureux, combinant le maximum de rangements tout en offrant une circulation confortable. Nous avions très vite imaginé un lieu calme et reposant la journée capable de se transformer en véritable lieu de mystère et plaisir la nuit.
C'est 18 mois plus tard, un 31 décembre, que le rêve s'est concrétisé et la page naturellement tournée. Un espace où la lumière, filtrée, dirigée, apprivoisée, dessine l’espace. Droit ou en oblique, parfois au hasard de la géométrie, le jeu des lignes met en scène chaque détails. Le Loft, un projet riche en émotions mêlant complexité, simplicité et légèreté.
C'est 18 mois plus tard, un 31 décembre, que le rêve s'est concrétisé et la page naturellement tournée. Un espace où la lumière, filtrée, dirigée, apprivoisée, dessine l’espace. Droit ou en oblique, parfois au hasard de la géométrie, le jeu des lignes met en scène chaque détails. Le Loft, un projet riche en émotions mêlant complexité, simplicité et légèreté.

It all started on a September night in 2009, when we all settled up there, on the roof, or at least what remained of it.
The building had been through a major fire a year before. The scene was set.

The building had been through a major fire a year before. The scene was set.
The outlook of this area turned really fast into a crazy challenge: design and achieve a shell-free space with - as reference marks- only half-burned out staircases -leading to the lower level-, a huge scaffolding structure used as a roof, and a 360° view over Paris.
The client wanted something new, ambitious and creative, in order to turn over a new leaf after 10 years spent at the loft.
Both concerned about the quality of implementation and about the layout and fitting details, he enabled us to make a true fulfilling experience out of this project.
Not a single inch was missed out, the goal was to conceive an open and welcoming space with as much stowage as possible, while allowing a comfortable circulation.
We came up pretty quickly with the idea of a quiet and relaxing place during the day switching to a genuine place of mystery and pleasure at night.
The dream came true 18 months later, on December 31st, and the leaf naturally turned over.
A space where the filtered, aimed, tamed light designs the volume.
